Case Study - Small to Medium Structural use of Revit. by Ben May.
This is our first case study from a structural point of view. Ben is going to present a small and medium size project documented with Revit Structure. One of these buildings has been produced with an Architect using Revit and one without the Architect in Revit. Case studies are one of the best areas where we discuss "lessons learned" and thus should be beneficial to all who attend.
Families Session 3
Using nested & shared families. - by Brian Renehan
Adding pipe/duct and electrical connectors. by Peter Goodman.
Nested and shared families can be a very powerful way of creating and managing families. Session will help you get the best out of family parameters and schedules, whether you are from a small or large office.
Adding pipe/duct and electrical connectors are how mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineers connect their ducting, piping and caballing to equipment. After this session you should know all you need to know about connectors and what other disciplines need to know when linking Revit files where the MEP Engineers are using Revit.
Door prize Winner:
The winner of the August door price was Wenshuai Yang of Meinhardt.
