REVIC’s mission statement: REVIC is an incorporated, not-for-profit and independent users group promoting the efficient usage of and collaboration between Autodesk® Revit® users for the purpose of greater productivity within the architectural, engineering and construction industry. REVIC is managed by professionals interested in the implementation and development of Building Information Modelling in general and Autodesk® Revit® in particular. REVIC aims to support its members through discussion forums, workshops and networking opportunities. REVIC’s membership includes Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Construction and associated professionals. 2008 objectives: REVIC aims to empower its members not just support them; sessions have been programmed to cover a cross section of Revit-related topics. This year, REVIC will actively seek memberships from the Structural, MEP, FM and related educational sectors. While keeping entry-level discussions to a healthy minimum, REVIC will aim to balance the purely technical with the knowledge-laden topics.
